Sometimes the offense can be merged into one offense which means less points and less fines. Another goal is to dismiss the charges altogether. That’s one of my aims (other than having the charge dismissed) – to reduce the consequences
• If you’re found guilty of any moving violations, your insurance rates will probably increase
• If you’re found guilty, your license may be suspended or revoked
